Vending Spaces & Prices

Craft Vendors

Feedlot

$50

With 6000 square feet, this huge space can easily fit over 25 vendor booths. Most spaces have access to 110V electrical outlets. The space is not level, however, which can pose challenges for some vendors. The ground slopes down at a slight pitch of about 1.5 degrees. A two-inch wide board is usually enough to level the low end of a 6-foot table. The ground is poured concrete and can easily handle small tractors, trucks, and wagons.

Tobacco Barn

$75

This space divdes into (14) 12'x12' spaces with an aisle down the middle.  Each space has access to a 110 outlet.  There are fluorescent lights throughout.  Vendors may want to bring additional lighting.  The floor is level and made from packed dense-grade limestone gravel. Wagons and carts will have no problem being pulled through. The walls behind each vendor space can be used for display support, and a 10x10 pop-up canpy fits nicely should a vendor want to distinguish their booth.

Lawn Space

$100

Lawn space is limited because our festival requires large open areas for hayrides and similar activities. Additionally, we try to book many of our demonstrators on the lawn spaces to improve foot-traffic access. If you prefer a lawn space, please contact the event coordinator before booking to confirm availability. Email director@homeplacefarmky.org

Food Vendors

Food Court

Access to 110V $100

Our food vendors typically set up in a horseshoe shape around the mulched space on the lawn between the Hall Building (white metal pole barn) and the Tobacco Barn. The two spaces closest to the gravel road have 220V outlets, and the other spaces have 110V. Vendors are welcome to use their generators, too. Registrations for food vendors should be made by email or phone. director@homeplacefarmky.org, 270.308.2309.
