Vendor information Registration

We are accepting vendors for Homemade, Handmade, or Homegrown crafts, products and produce for our Fairies on the Farm event at Homeplace. We prefer items that invoke the theme of the festival and have an element of whimsy or fantasy. All products MUST BE FAMILY FRIENDLY and appropriate to be seen by children. Craft Vendor Fee: $25

The fee for our craft vendors is just $25. Registration and payment must be received in advance. All Craft vendors will be on lawn spaces for bringing a tent/awning is encouraged. (Vendors may be moved to the feedlot in case of rain. The Feedlot is a paved and covered space, built at a slight slope, so vendors would need a simple board to level their tables in the event of rain.

This festival will go on rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for bad weather unless the festival is cancelled, which would only happen if there was a natural disaster or other serious safety threat.

Make sure you have read the full vendor policies before registering. Lawn spaces must be cleared in advance. Spaces are first-come, first-served. No direct resale or arbitrage retailing, no MLMs, no junk! handmade/homegrown items preferred.
